Where do you ship?

We ship globally (except Myanmar/Burma, Syria, Lebanon). We cannot deliver to international P.O. boxes.


Do you offer duty free shipping?

We ship duty free to US, European Union & Hong Kong. For other international orders, please note international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Baby Assured ships your package, duties, and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office.

Your country local Postal Service will charge you all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

I do not wish to accept the shipment due to customs taxes.

If you refuse to take delivery of the product(s) as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, Baby Assured reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the product(s). This amount will be communicated to you by our support team and deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.


Do you offer express shipping / Can I expedite my order?

We are looking into this and will hopefully have a solution, soon.


How soon do you ship the order?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. The orders are sent to the warehouse for processing immediately after they are received. The fulfilment warehouse can take another 24 hours to ship the order.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For domestic shipments, the orders should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. International shipments can take 7 to 10 business days. For some countries, it could take longer and this information can be obtained at the checkout page.  Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.


Why was my order shipped separately?

We will send your order as soon as possible. Your order might have shipped separately from our different warehouses all over the world depending on inventory. You would be able to receive certain items sooner than others from our other warehouses.


How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping differs for all countries. Please refer our shipping calculator by adding a product to the cart and proceeding to the checkout page.


How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated. We ask that you keep monitoring the tracking once you have received the tracking link. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.


Can I choose the courier to make the delivery of my order?

Email with the correct address. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request but we will try our best.

My package shows delivered but I have not received it.

For shipments within the US, the packages are usually dropped off at the front door/porch. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbours and families first. If you still cannot find it, please do not hesitate to contact Baby Assured Customer Service.

I need to reschedule the delivery of the package

Please contact the local shipping company through which your order has been shipped to reschedule the order.


How do I change my shipping address?

Once the order is placed, making any changes are difficult. Please email us at with the correct address.  Please note this is not guaranteed and is done on a best effort basis. If the changes are not possible, we request you to follow our return/exchange process.
